Cortland Streamer Sink Tip 15 is designed to cast large, weighted and unweighted streamer patterns in larger rivers, deep pools and fast currents. Its full line size heavy construction and short, aggressive 31 ft head load modern fast-action rods quickly, turning over bulky flies with minimal false casting.
The integrated 15 ft Type 6 tip sinks at 5 to 6 inches per second, allowing streamers to reach the lower water column quickly and maintain depth throughout the retrieve. Anglers can retrieve faster to cover the middle water column or fish slowly through deep pools, drop-offs and heavy current.
The floating running line supports mending, line management and easy pickup for the next cast. Tungsten Tip Technology provides fast-sinking performance, while Shooting Technology reduces friction through the guides for smooth, efficient casting.
