Cortland Streamer is a full-floating fly line designed to cast large, weighted streamer patterns with minimal false casting. Its full line size heavy design and short, aggressive 26 ft head load fast-action rods quickly, providing the power needed to turn over bulky flies from the bank, boat, or while wading.
A high-floating head supports line control while stripping streamers, fishing along banks, or mousing at night. The 16 ft body and short 3 ft front taper concentrate weight toward the front of the line, while the olive and green transition identifies the loading point. Shooting Technology reduces friction through the guides for smooth, consistent casting.
